Global Champions Split Corp. Announces 2013 Annual Results

TORONTO, March 31, 2014 – Global Champions Split Corp. (“Global Champions” or the “Company”) announced today that its net assets per unit, as determined for financial reporting purposes, was $49.79 at December 31, 2013.

Portfolio securities and net assets totaled $101.5 million and $54.3 million, respectively, as at December 31, 2013 compared to $94.6 million and $48.0 million at June 30, 2013. The increase was driven by the increase in the fair value of the Company’s portfolio securities. Net assets per unit consists of one preferred share and one capital share.
